Recognize multiple candidate version for a contrib module in composer.json

Problem/Motivation

After updating the candidate version for a contrib module to support multiple versions in `composer.json`, e.g. "drupal/[MODULE]": "^1,3||^3.0", Upgrade Status module still reports that the contrib module is incompatible with the Drupal version to upgrade to.

Proposed resolution

Can we have Upgrade Status module recognize that the alternative version could support the next Drupal version?
