Problem/Motivation

We want to create a custom CKEditor plugin over in #3474134: Add Ckeditor5 integration but I just wanted to share a tiny implementation that works on top of Embedded Content module which would allow us to not create more JavaScript code just to have component embedding in CKEditor.

Because of the dependency to a contrib module (embedded_content) I would prefer this to live in its own contrib module, like:
