Hi there. I'm a little confused on how to make this work. I assume I create a page with my ToS, then specify it in the admin area of UC/ToS. I want it to me mandatory to check, and would like it at check out. I've not been able to get the ToS to show up either at checkout or at cart. I understand this is a DEV version, but I'd sure like to help test if I can.

I have to create a documentation page, I know, hopefully I will do this this weekend, I am working in including modalframeapi to show the terms in a popup.

What version of Ubercart are you using?

You should use the body of the node for the ToS. If it has no body, I suppose that it won't be shown in the checkout page.
