When enabling and configuring this module for use on the checkout page, the title of the checkout page changes to the title of the configured Terms of Service page.

I have the same issue too but only when switching language to a non default language, didn't have time to investigate further, so just fixed it from the theme by using drupal_set_title().

Please provide steps to reproduce this issue. #1 indicates this may have something to do with switching languages.
