Watchdog "type" too long for core table [#2499137]

"uc_recurring_paypal_wpp_update" and "uc_recurring_hosted " are longer than the 16 characters allowed for the core watchdog table type column.

Good catch @dunx. Confirm issue and patch fixes.
BTW this is not an issue for 7.x as 'type' field is 64 chars.

I am closing this issue, since it's for a Drupal version no longer supported.
