Great module!

I notice it can even prompt user to login and register.

What would be the best solution to handle this for anonymous users, who are not logged in and registered, so that they can download a file as well with the Ubercart core download module?

Regarding how this module handles customers who are not logged in, please see this issue: #660408: Use e-mail address from Paypal to create a new Drupal account when needed.

However, I haven't verified that this is compatible with the Ubercart download module. Let me know how it works for you.
