Suppose someone is on a mailing list already, and they buy a product. Could I somehow use this module to put this person into an interest group, or another segment? Thanks.

Not at the moment. It really is plain and simple a module that will send order info back to Mailchimp for campaigns that you have enabled ecommerce360 on.

I might be open to adding extra features such as that but that will have to come a later time. Primarily as I get a beter grip on MailChimp and it's features. We've been using it for about 8 months now @ my company but other then setting it up and importing lists I haven't been the one playing with it till recently.
