Token Browser Plus

Token Browser Plus replaces the Token module’s legacy jQuery UI token browser with a lightweight, Svelte-powered modal dialog. It’s faster on sites with lots of tokens, supports inline searching and filtering, and keeps the same “browse tokens” workflow for editors while working cleanly with modern Drupal 11 admin themes.

The module includes default styling for Gin out of the box, but you could theme your own admin CSS to match your look and feel.

How to use

1. Install the module.
2. Grant role(s) access to 'Access token browser plus'

The 'Browse available tokens' link will then trigger the new token browser experience. If you have focus in a text area, the token(s) will insert there like they normally do - if you forget to click on a text field before triggering the token browser the token you select will be copied to your clipboard so you can paste it in.

I created this module to experiment with updating older parts of Drupal UI to be faster, more user friendly, more intuitive. This is the first of such experiments released.
