Problem/Motivation

We start to have more and more tabs in TMGMT.

Setting up providers is usually similar to settings: A process that is done while configuring the site, not when working with translations.

Proposed resolution

Move providers into Settings.
One top level menu item less resulting in much better accessibility of the others.

Remaining tasks

User interface changes

Providers as a local task inside settings.

And worse accessibility for Providers ;)

We currently have 6 local tasks, which seems ok. with local translator, we have 8 menu links, which more than the golden rule of 7. Maybe we could move it below Settings just for the menu link. Not sure if you meant just that or not.

Yeah agree. Poor providers. ;-)

Dunno about this varying placement. Sure it kinda makes sense, but it also feels inconsistent. :-)

IMHO I think we can try with two different approaches .
1. Move the providers settings below tmgmt settings, it also means that would feel inconsistent, not really sure about it.
2. Create local task overview, make it similar to Job Overview adding the status xposed filter, that would reduce the amount of tabs on local but it would also mean a big change in the module.
