Using a current CVS Drupal installation I'm getting a sql error message when attempting to edit any existing node that has the tinymce editor enabled:
user error: Unknown column 'format' in 'field list'
query: SELECT format FROM node WHERE nid = 1 AND format = 2 in C:\......\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 99.
It appears to be due to the fact that the format field has moved in this latest CVS version.

Souvent22 commentedThis should fix it. In the new head, format has been moved around. This patch fixes the TinyMCE module so that you will not get that error.

alan evans commentedThat did the trick. Many thanks.

Souvent22 commentedAlan,
There has been a better patch posted and updated to the cvs head that you may want to check out. This is a minor "patch", but a larger "fix" has been made.
