This module needs to include example code of basic usage in the README.txt. As a bonus it would be nice to have that documentation also available via the Help/Advanced Help module.

I agree... how would you use this in practice? Sounds like you just copy the files you need into the themes directory under libraries but what then? Would an example be if you are configuring a theme option to set a color picker form field and just putting your js to implement the color module into that folder and not having to add the js with code because this module will detect it if its in the right directory? Please provide some usage examples of how you are using this...

I'm making an effort to create an example module/theme to serve as a documentation. Thanks for forcing me to do this :) The idea you have is close, but this module is capable of a lot more than that. I'll post a link to examples soon!
