Rerolled #2 with some copy changes to meet the issue in #5.

Keeping as 'Needs Work' because the Configuration still needs work. The current configuration section is not configuration-related.

I also identified that this module doesn't actively declare dependencies in its info.yml, so I'm moving that to a separate issue.
