Can't unintsall

I am trying to uninstall the module, and when using drush:

Do you really want to continue? (y/n): y
Drush command could not be completed.

When doing it by the GUI, I submit the uninstall form, and when complete, it brings me to the same form, with the "Submitted By" option still present. Other items have been removed from this list both via drush and GUI, so I don't believe this is a problem with Drupal 7.x, though I may be wrong.
