In the storm node body paragraphs are without separation. To improve readability I prefer a small blank.

I guess this patch is designed to be applied after #688086: Reformat 'Description' section - waiting for that issue.

Doesn't look great if applied without that patch.

Patch here also won't apply anymore as i've committed to that file.
