I really like the way tickets work in the existing project.module (you know - the one being used right now to enter this).
Curious if Storm plans to integrate with this in any way in the future?
If not, some similar mechanism to allow comments posted to storm tickets to update the status/assignment in the same was as project.module works would be very useful.
IMHO it would also be very useful to have an (optional) 'hours spent' or similar field on any updates that would create a Timetracking entry automatically (auto-filling the Timetracking fields of course) when any ticket has it's status updated.
