Timetrackings: Users sometimes cannot log their own hours, cannot delete own

When a user tries to track his/her own hours, the hours don't appear for a lot of people, but sometimes they do. But when they click on the title of the hours, the user gets a 403 error. In basics: the user is unable to view the hours he or she creates, or the hours don't get logged as timetrackings (but do show up as nodes).

I have looked at a patch, but it did not work.

Please advise! (I would suggest creating a username under the website and make suggestions or try it out). huibr010@umn.edu
