Adding a KB article, receive this message:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in {DrupalRoot}/includes/form.inc on line 1416.

Notice that the "Topics:" taxonomy selector drop down list is not populated. I check the filter on the knowledgebase page, and it appears there may be some "default" topics.
