Issue: When user install a fresh Storm 6.x-2.x-dev from Feb 9, 2013 the Storm default "Years range in dates" is currently current "2001-2012". This is annoying for user because he has to manually go to at /?q=admin/settings/storm to change the default year range.

Solution: I suggest to update Storm default "Years range in dates" to "2001-2015" instead of current "2001-2012"

Expected results
* at /?q=admin/settings/storm default pre selected "Years range in dates" = 2001-2013 Where 2013 is the current year.
* at /?q=node/add/stormproject default "Date begin: " = current date

This has been fixed fairly recently (maybe even just after you downloaded this release).

Could you try again with the latest 2.x-dev? (10th Feb should work I think).

Julian, sure :) Today I tried the latest 6.x-2.x-dev from git. But it's not working. I mean no change. Also I noticed on 6.x-2.x-dev page the version still display 2013-Feb-09. Maybe there is a delay before the Feb 10 version is available?

I think I've figured this out:

- The 9th vs 10th issue is probably due to timezones. We're talking about the same release I think.

- Is this an existing site that you're updating? We only changed it for new sites (I'm hesitant about changing existing settings). You can either change the dropdown manually, or what might be better is if we push through an update for sites that have left the setting at 2012.

Make sense. I'm in Pacific time zone (PT)

New/fresh D6.27 and new Storm 6.x-2.x. I agree with changing only new sites.

I did a second test using http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/storm-6.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz instead of downloading it from git.drupal.org Maybe an error from my end during the first test ;)
