From a ticket has to user go back to Task and click again on tickets.
A back-link from a single ticket view to Project => Task => ticket listing would help.

Storm Contrib (stormproject_extension) adds local tasks to Tasks and Tickets, which shows a task/ticket list.
Maybe this is what you are looking for?

I know, you currently have problems with storm contrib. I'll check it out and hope to find the problem soon.
