I know there are ways to send notifications with the messaging / notifications modules. But they require that the user subscribe to the node. Is there a way to make it so that team members would be notified of new comments without having to subscribe?

i got storm_mail to work when a task is edited or created, but i want emails to be sent when a comment is added to the node, not when the node is added or edited.
