How does one change the Price currency in create project I only see US Dollar Euro Canadian Dollar Pound Yen and Swiss Franc.

Go to the Storm Attribute section. You'll need permission to access Storm configuration pages.

Here, filter the list of attributes by currency, and you can add/remove/edit as required.
