Hello Drupal.org! I've been working on Drupal over the past few years and there's a role that I'm applying for. They want me to have a Drupal.org profile (which I do) but I haven't really found a meaningful issue to open with a module or theme yet (hence it being unconfirmed). I have some modules/issues that I would like to add to, but I wanted to do that later. Is it possible that I can get a confirmed user account?

Also, I took the Acquia Drupal site builder test and passed. How do I get that to show up on my Drupal.org account, or is that just not how it works?

The typical path to confirming users usually involves reviewing the content that you've created on this site.
