Drupal was installed in the folder portal, so not in the main folder.

In the node inserted external links are well integrated in the newsletter, for example www.xyz.com
But internal links, also the link to remove from mailing list are appearing wrong in the newsletter, the second appearance of the folder should be removed:
https://www.drupal.com/portal/?q=portal/newsletter/confirm/remove/
It seems to be a bug in simplenews, because all other messages sent by mimemail that are including internal links are properly done.
How/Where can I fix it?

DocVeg commentedA similar problem already appears during registration of new users.
Attached are my cache settings and account settings (in German, but you can see what is on and off).

I marked the causing trouble bold, if I put the following URL into the browser, everything worked fine:
