Theme selection has no effect

In your advance settings you have a way to check themes that will not display the simplemenu. That was not working.

Problems:

1. The theme may not yet be initialized (the order is database dependent and with PostgreSQL is can change all the time)
2. The $exclusion variable is always set, it may be 0 or the name of the theme.

I'm offering a patch for the enabled function.
