simple menu appears where it should not on various admin sections of other module settings etc. attached screenshot is one of the example of simplemenu appearence on QuickTab module settings.

- I think the administration menu module has a way of avoiding this issue, can be looked into

*its not a code bug, neither a feature request but i could not find another definition for this issue

This looks like a compatibility issue with the QuickTab module you mentioned. I dont see a module page for QuickTab so there is no way I can test this out.
