I see in the project page that there are a 7.x-1.x and 7.x-2.x versions but nothing mentioned about the diferences between this two versions.

What are the diferences? and what version recomends to use on a fresh install??

I would recommend the 2.x branch if you can

not super sure of all the differences, but 2.x is a cleaner rewrite

2.x has inline content filter support. Meaning you can insert ads inside your content (e.g. like a blog post with embedded ads).

Though the most recently updated is the 1.x-dev--while others are over 1 month older. So not sure which is the better branch to go with.

Ok just tried using 2.x branch. Didn't work.

  • Ads don't display.
  • campaigns don't work-- if you create a campaign, it still won't be available when you create new ads (campaign selection will remain blank, no matter how many campaigns you create

Tried uninstall and reinstall, still a no go for 2.x-dev

Thanks to all. I tried to install the 2.x branch but can't make it work.

  • No impressions are counted
  • Can't select campaigns
  • I must use a custom view to show the adds.
  • The links are not converted in order to track.

Is there a upgrade patch planned from 1.x to 2.x?? In this case, seems that at the moment is better to install 1.x. I will try it.

- it uses some jQuery AJAX callback to count the click, not by rewriting the link
- Impressions are updated every 24 hours
- You need to create the campaigns first
