PHP class autoloading changed to PSR-4 instead of PSR-0

Now that the PSR-4 class autoloading convention has been adopted by core ( see [[2246699]] )

We are now in a temporary transition period where to quote from the change notice

To ensure forward compatibility, it is recommend that modules are converted to the PSR-4 file layout at the earliest opportunity.

This patch below does this ... I will push this to 8.x-1.x-dev unless there are any objections?

The directory structure in simplereservation will be flattened :-
