My signup confirmation emails are all going out with

tags in them. When I disable CKeditor they go out just fine.

I try switching from Rich Text editor to Plain Text editor, when using CKeditor and signup, but does not seem to help.

Is there a known compatibility issue between CKeditor and signup?
Is there a way to work around this while still using CKeditor?

My current work-around is to disable the CKEditor mode while editing the email confirmation for Signup, then re-enable CKEditor once I've finished. Assuming that the text for this email will remain fairly constant, I shouldn't have many problems.

It was suggested to me elsewhere that it's possible in the administration settings for CKEditor, to exclude it from certain pages. I did not know that was possible, but am looking at that as a very good alternative.
