Wim Leers got me on a coding style kick earlier so here is a coding style cleanup patch for the main services module code (services.module, services_admin_browse.inc, services_admin_keys.inc) Nothing for the servers or services yet, I ran out of steam. Might be able to get to them as the week progresses.
