Wow, LOVE the Services module now that I have a practical application of it :)

I captured my endpoint as described https://www.drupal.org/node/783460 via ctools and a custom module. The staging server where this is deployed reflects my newly added routes, but it does not reflect some other changes like "Enable" on the routes or changes to which parser types are enabled on the Server tab.

The specific checkbox settings are in the exported code and appear as "enabled."

I have tried clearing cache and drush dre (disable / uninstall / reenable) the custom module.. Do I need to strongarm these checkbox settings maybe?

You shouldnt need to do anything if you follow CTOOLS methods of exporting it to a module.

You can try features as well.
