Release notes

- Added GraphSearch 6.1 API and made the module work with it.
- Increased the Timeout of getSubTree to 2 minutes.
- Adapted the overview so that the block 'Custom SPARQL endpoints' works even without the installed module 'Smart Glossary'.
- Fixed an issue where after deleting a Semantic Connector connection, all SPARQL endpoints would appear under 'Custom SPARQL endpoints'. The endpoints are now deleted with the connection as well.
- Renamed 'Similar Content' to 'SeeAlso'
- Issue #2924586 by dravenk: Error while enabling module powertagging
- Fixed health checking when creating a new or editing an existing sparql endpoint.
- Added a check for missing concepts after extracting concepts via the API.
- various smaller fixes + documentation updates
