Saw it myself, yesterday. This is what happens when base modules make API changes unannounced …
Fix committed, may need a follow-up to keep logic intact (don't know how that works now …).

The lastest dev works against the latest Entity API dev (Dec 3) and Drupal 7RC1. Nice work.

There's another instance of the same problem:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Entity::__sleep() in sites/all/modules/contrib/search_api/includes/entity.inc on line 750

This one happens when trying to create a view using the Default Node Index with search_api_views.

I already found and fixed that locally, but at the moment I have a bit of a commit jam. Will be committed along with #991632: Incorporate newly available entity hooks, probably tomorrow.

Sorry I can't do this right now, messed a bit up in planning there.
