Incomplete results in Russian language

Please use the issue settings correctly – most importantly, don't set priority to "critical" for no reason. This won't help you to get help sooner. Will look at this again in a few days.

Also, please provide more information: backend used, processors, how did you set the field settings, etc.

The used backend would be important to know.
Also, try to remove special characters (the colon and the parantheses) from the keywords and see if it works then. In that case, this issue should be dealt with in the backend.

I'm also getting troubles with Russian language, while everything works well in English.

For instance, I'm getting no results with 'По следам древних кочевников' (no special signs) while this is the title of the published http://triptokyrgyzstan.com/ru/tours/po-sledam-drevnih-kochevnikov node.

Could you please explain more about what can be wrong in the backend (but as I said, it works well in English) and how to provide any important information about it?

This issue is three years old, you should rather have created a new one. Especially since the issues are only slightly related.

Especially the backend (Solr, database, …) would be important. Also, what fulltext fields are searched?
