Hi,

Following drunken monkey advice (https://www.drupal.org/node/1164294), I'm opening a new issue about my problem getting as much result in Russian than in English on a multilingual site.

For instance, I'm getting no results with 'По следам древних кочевников' (no special signs) while this is the title of the published http://triptokyrgyzstan.com/ru/tours/po-sledam-drevnih-kochevnikov node.

As I have not much experience with Search API, I can at the best join the screen copies of my settings, and mentioning that I'm not using Solr, but rather basic setup.

Thanks for help.

The page on the first screenshot ("Search settings") has nothing to do with this module. If you are using the Search API, you should probably disable the "Search" module from Drupal Core as it just interferes.

Also, it seems you're using a "Russian stemmer" processor. Where does that come from? Maybe it's not working as intended, causing this problem?

Thanks for your reply.

I have disabled the 'Search' and 'Russian stemming' (https://www.drupal.org/project/rustemmer - implements the Russian stemming algorithm to improve Russian-language searching with Search API for Drupal 7) module, but unfortunately there is no improvement. Still very few results are returned in Russian and my test with the existing 'По следам древних кочевников' node title also don't get any result.

Any other suggestion would be highly appreciate.
