This patch integrates Scheduler with CCK's drag-&-drop interface so users can specify where the Scheduler fields appear in their node-add/edit form.
It also changes the name of the 'Site configuration' menu item to better reflect Drupal's standard (i.e. changes 'Scheduler module settings' to 'Scheduler').

Anonymous (not verified) commentedJust to make it more like the other contrib modules in Drupal. Most other modules just use the module name for the menu item. You can leave that change out if you like...
