http://drupal.org/project/issues/search/rules?issue_tags=D7+stable+relea... looks great, but it is empty now. :) I'm guessing at least a couple of http://drupal.org/project/issues/search/rules?status[]=Open&priorities[]... should be tagged as well?

Sorry about poking; this is one of the top 50 projects, and the general lack of porting there is making D7 look scarier than it actually is.
