It has all the functionality of the D7 version, including migration from D7 and D6.
The preceding ALPHA2 is currently in use by over 5000 known sites. There have been a number of minor fixes and tunings in the meantime, which is why we go for a short beta test.
The most notable change is moving the RoleAssign settings from "Configuration" to "People" where it's more easily found.
