Problem/Motivation

I would like to become a maintainer of this module to create a D9/D10-compatible release and keep an eye on the issue queue.

Proposed resolution

Review my profile and, if approved, add me as a maintainer with appropriate permissions to merge code, manage issues, and create releases.

Remaining tasks

Add Mark Dorison as co-maintainer of Remote stream wrapper widget.

I am contacting you because Mark (https://www.drupal.org/u/markdorison) offered to maintain Remote stream wrapper widget (https://www.drupal.org/project/remote_stream_wrapper_widget), a project for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3395000 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a publicly visible comment posted in that issue in the next 14 days, Mark will be probably made maintainer (and will have all the permissions on the project).
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed. A maintainer cannot change the project owner.

I am contacting all people with the explicit permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project. In this case, that is just you.
