Entity registration admin paths should use admin theme by default [#2115439]

In order to better fit in with the admin experience, registration settings on entities should use hook_admin_paths().

For those of us who don't want to patch modules one can also make this change by changing the name of the function in the patch to

MYMODULENAME_admin_paths

or add the code to your existing hook_admin_paths implementation.
