[META] Second alpha release (8.x-1.0-alpha2)

Problem/Motivation

With this version, we want to make it easier for content editors to add, edit, and remove content using RedACTO distribution. This should be done by adding useful contrib modules, redefining existing content types, and improving content display using built-in themes.

We should also improve integration with social networks, sharing and displaying content and showing social links on websites.

We will track all related issues here. The list is not final.
