Problem/Motivation

Currently you cannot create an event with an Event Start Time earlier than 8:00AM or later than 11:30PM. Some of our events begin at 5AM. Not sure if this is as designed or a bug per se.

If you go to Admin > Structure > Events > Event Series Settings there are two settings to control the earliest and latest event times:

Event Series Minimum Time
Event Series Maximum Time
