I'm just reporting as stipulated on the module settings for "Output an XHTML+RDFa DOCTYPE". as soon as I Enable "Output an XHTML+RDFa DOCTYPE" my cck ImageField gives me the following error "An HTTP error 0 occurred. /filefield/ahah/establishment/field_establishment_main_img/0". As soon as I disable "Output an XHTML+RDFa DOCTYPE" everything works 100%.

I'm not sure if I should report this error here.
