1. Issue #1929658 by Nikita Petrov, Zen: Quote button to match Advanced Forum style; There's a possibility that this might lead to some minor breakage on sites that modify the quote links array.
2. Issue #364871 by pc-wurm, Zen: Make Quote compatible with modules such as Realname which modify the username on display.
3. Issue #1448504 by Roderik, Simon Georges: Undefined index: de in _quote_get_quoted_data()
4. Add a thick space after the colon.
5. Issue #422038: 500 errors (impossible to open nodes) (Needs testing by all those affected)

Bug fixes

New features:
- Add a sanitisation text format to optionally sanitise quote
content prior to display.
- Add a JS solution to *snip* overly nested quotes.
- Add zebra classes to nested quotes.
- Refactor quote retrieval into a separate function.
- Add wysiwyg support.
- Amend theme function to use <blockquote> by default rather than
<div>.
