Problem/Motivation

Replace the psuedo element approach in Prototype, this is fairly obsolete now that browser support for ::marker is more robust than it was previously. This would also address issues with renumbering occurring when using lists within WYSIWYG components.

Proposed resolution

Remove psuedo before elements and simplify styles to rely on browser provided defaults.
