Problem/Motivation

As the development of SDC builds within Drupal core we intend to build new components that Prototype will provide by default. Currently there are two components related to accordions (Accordion, Accordion Item) these need to be updated regarding functionality, changes in schema, and overall accessibility.

Proposed resolution

Revamp the current accordion files to be overall more accessible and adhere to expected coding standards.

I've added an updated accordion component that includes storybook support. This will be included in the next relase.
