Offering to maintain Node Title Validation

This patch will make the module compatible for Drupal10. Try this.

The only person who can add maintainers/co-maintainers is krknth, who last logged in at the beginning of this year. I am going to contact him.

I checked my email, but I did not find any message about this offer, including the copy of the message sent to the project owner. I contacted krknth and sent him the following message.

I am contacting you because Ahmad (https://www.drupal.org/u/ahmad-smhan) offered to maintain Node Title Validation (https://www.drupal.org/project/node_title_validation), a project for which you are project owner and maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3365534 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a publicly visible comment posted in that issue in the next seven days, Ahmad will be probably made maintainer (and will have all the permissions on the project).
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed. A maintainer cannot change the project owner.

I am contacting all people with the explicit permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project. In this case, that is just you.

The seven days are from when I contacted the project owner, which has been five days ago.

I added Ahmad Smhan as maintainer (with all the permissions on the project).
