The new maintainer https://www.drupal.org/u/sokrplare #2489426-5: Need new release / co-maintainer says he lost access.

I myself have not all permissions.

So please make me full maintainer so I can add new maintainers myself.

Just confirming that I do not have access (changed my username after a job switch from covenantd to sokrplare) and would be happy for @clemens.tolboom to be added as a maintainer.

sokrplare had only the permissions to write the VCS and maintain issues. I changed the project ownership and gave sokrplare full permissions.
