Re-assign Views_send to hansfn

Per [#251466], I believe views_send is unsupported.

Several contributors have been working actively on a 7.x port of Views_send since 2011 at #1052040: Port Views Send to Drupal 7 and requested co-maintainer access to the project but not received a review or access to commit to the project.

I contacted claudiu.cristea today to suggest that he add a co-maintainer and inform him that I'm filing this issue to mark the module as unsupported.

I'm writing to ask if you would be willing to grant hansfn (http://drupal.org/user/40521) commit access to Views send. There has been a lot of active work to port the module to Drupal 7, and several folks have asked for a co-maintainer to be added to the project.

I can certainly understand not having time to review the code yourself, but this seems like an appropriate situation to delegate to a co-maintainer who is actively working on the module.

In the meantime, I'm filing an issue to mark the project as unsupported.
