Move Designs to Drupal's Figma Account

Problem/Motivation

To being able to inherit components from the Drupal Design System it would be beneficial to move the Designs over to the Drupal Figma Account.

Move Designs to Drupal's Figma space:

• ✅ Created a Space for the Project browser initiative
• ☐ Add & Inform Designers

User interface changes

None, as work is already being made in Figma :)

API changes

Only the Figma URL will change for future sharing links
