I can't seem to get the PDF, email, and printer-friendly checkboxes to be checked by default. I thought it was configured in the Content Types page for the different content types. Unfortunately, every time I try to create a new page/blog/forum topic, the boxes are unchecked by default. Any ideas?

This is caused by the same problem as #365041: Notices on new pages with print module., which I am in the process of fixing..
